Ted Stover is an operations executive bringing more than 25 years of experience scaling regulated manufacturing, supply chain, and operations across biologics and small‑molecule programs. As the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Vesalius Longevity Labs, his proven record of reducing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), building compliant supply chains, and implementing robust process support Vasalius’ anticipated growth.

As COO, Ted leads Vesalius Longevity Labs’ end‑to‑end operations, aligning manufacturing roadmaps, quality systems, and supply‑chain strategy to accelerate commercial launches while driving cost efficiency. He oversees CAPEX and capacity planning, contract labs and supplier negotiations, and strategy development to support scalable production. His operational approach has delivered substantial COGS reductions, faster tech transfers, and regulatory readiness that resolved regulatory queries on first submission. Ted’s hands‑on leadership includes building internal Project Management Organizations (PMOs), implementing KPI dashboards, and consolidating vendor networks to improve timelines and lower unit costs.

Ted holds an MBA from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a BS in Biochemistry from Bucknell University, and his career includes senior roles at Entero Therapeutics, 8Prime Biosciences, Biorasi, and Sancilio Pharmaceuticals. He is known for translating R&D into manufacturable, cost‑effective products, negotiating strategic partnerships, and building high‑performing cross‑functional teams that deliver on time and within budget.
